First Visit

Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing the best care. We realize that just the thought of receiving any type of surgical procedure can be stressful and make you apprehensive. Working with you and your referring physician, we hope to ease your fears and make your surgery a pleasant experience for you and your family.

Please bring the following to your first visit:

  • Any X-rays and tests (lab work, etc.) pertaining to your condition
  • A list of prescribed and over-the-counter medications, along with the dosage
  • Your insurance card and driver’s license
  • Your referral
  • Co-pay for services. We accept cash, personal checks and credit/debit cards.

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your visit, so you can complete the necessary patient and medical history forms. For your convenience, you can also access these forms online.

During your visit, your doctor will perform an exam and discuss your condition. Be ready to explain all the symptoms you are experiencing. Additional X-rays and tests may be needed.

Depending on the complexity of your condition, this first visit typically lasts 1 to 2 hours.
